The team who brought you Kiss Kiss, Happy Boy and Love Exposure are excited to bring you a craft beer collaboration with Brothers Beer, available this month at Farro.
Since opening Kiss Kiss in 2016, owners Jasper Maignot, Ludovic Maignot and Celeste Thornley with partner Louise Chapman, have been busy creating unique dining experiences offering high quality food, drinks and service with a difference.
With a value for supporting local companies with a common ethos, the team have been collaborating with Brothers Beer with the release of the Kiss Kiss Lemongrass and Lycee Lager. The team endeavoured to create a drink that was inspired by the Thai cuisine of the restaurant and Brothers Beer accepted the challenge.
Their work with Brothers Beer has continued through their next two restaurant openings with the introduction of the Happy Boy Lager and Love Exposure Strawberry Wheat Beer. 100% wheat for the base. Cloudy light pink in colour, lightly hopped with Wakatu hops and flavoured with a large volume of strawberries.
