The secret to the Fromager d’Affinois Bleu recipe is the rich cow’s milk that is collected from local farmers in the foothills of the French Alps, whose mountain breeds, Montbeliardes and Holstein, graze on dense pasture. The milk is then transformed by hand into creamy wheels of Fromager d’Affinois. This cheese is suitable for vegetarians.
