Farro Kitchen Baked Kumara Salad
Serves: 1 - 2 adults (when paired with another of our meals)
A delicious alternative to a classic potato salad. Beetroot, carrot, kale, parsley, kalamata olives, walnuts and sunflower seeds. Dressed with a mustard seed vinaigrette.
Ingredients: Salad: sweet potato, beetroot, carrots, kale, parsley, Kalamata olives, walnuts, sunflower seeds. Dressing: olive oil, sunflower oil, grainy mustard, cider vinegar, salt, pepper.
