Farro Kitchen Lamb, Fig & Green Olive Tagine
Serves: approximately 1 - 2 adults
A tasty Moroccan slow-cooked meal made fresh in the Farro Kitchen with New Zealand raised and grass-fed lamb. Served with aromatic spiced rice.
Ingredients: NZ raised lamb shoulder, tin tomatoes (tomato juice, citric acid E330), water, tinned chickpeas (water, salt), onion, olive oil, garlic, salt, ground paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground ginger and black pepper. RICE: Basmati rice, olive oil, cumin seeds, ground cinnamon, salt, caster sugar, ground turmeric. GARNISH: Dried figs, green olives and roasted sliced almonds.
