Farro Kitchen Penne with Ragu Bolognese

Made fresh in the Farro Kitchen with New Zealand raised Grass-Fed Beef and Free-Farmed Pork. This is a classic Italian dish with slow-cooked pork and beef ragu served with penne pasta.
Ingredients: NZ raised Minced beef, tinned tomato (tomato juice, citric acid E330), NZ raised and free range minced pork, red wine (preservative 220), water, carrot, onion, celery, olive oil, garlic, salt, thyme, bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves. PASTA: Pasta, durum wheat, semolina. Garnished with Parmesan and fresh parsley.
