Farro Kitchen Thai Vegetable Curry
Serves: approximately 1 - 2 adults
A vegetarian version of the family Thai green curry. Made fresh in the Farro Kitchen this is a lightly spciced, fragrant meal filled with tasty vegetables and herbs. Served with jasmine rice.
Ingredients: Jasmine Rice, Pumpkin, corn baby tinned (water, salt, citric acid), coconut milk, coconut cream, green beans, shallots, bamboo shoots, water, coriander, lemongrass, soy sauce, oil canola, salt, cumin, pepper, sugar brown, ginger, chilli, lime juice and garlic.
