Canter Valley turkeys are NZ-raised, free-range, and gluten-free. The boneless turkey has minimal wastage and is perfect for stuffing – just defrost, unroll, stuff, then roll and pop in the oven.
Serves approximately 8-10 adults
Please note: The turkey comes frozen. We recommend defrosting it in the fridge for 1-2 days before cooking.
