Exclusive to Farro, these succulent turkey roulades are made from 100% New Zealand, free-range turkey breast. Stuffed with our orange and cranberry stuffing, they are then rolled and tied. The roulades, packed in their own roasting tray, are easy to carve with minimal wastage.

Serves approximately 6-8 adults

Please note: The turkey roulade does not come with pancetta. This is a serving suggestion and can be added to your pre-order.

The turkey also comes frozen. We recommend defrosting it in the fridge for 2-3 days before cooking.

Pick up: Please pick up in your nearest Farro store on your chosen date (before 24 December 2019).
