Farro whole turkeys come from free-range farms in North Canterbury, where the birds are grown to high animal welfare standards. Free-range and gluten-free.
Serves approximately 8-10 adults.
Please note: Turkey does not come stuffed.
We recommend 3 days in the fridge to defrost your frozen turkey before cooking.
