Exclusive to Farro, our legendary turkey roasts are fully deboned free-range turkey, filled with our own tried-and-tested stuffing recipes. A mix of white and dark meat, they can simply be defrosted and cooked in the tray supplied.

Choose from four delicious stuffing options:

Orange and Cranberry. Our most-loved stuffing. Made with fresh orange and studded with dried cranberries and herbs.

Sage, Onion and Apple. This savoury stuffing is a Christmas classic, made with apple, onion and just the right amount of aromatic sage.

Bacon and Thyme. With fragrant thyme and free-farmed streaky bacon. Simply delicious.

Cherry and Quinoa. With gluten-free quinoa, this loose-style stuffing is studded with Central Otago cherries for extra sweetness.

Please note: The turkey roast does not come with pancetta. This is a serving suggestion and can be added to your pre-order. 

The turkey also comes frozen. We recommend defrosting it in the fridge for 2-3 days before cooking.
