Made with Aoraki’s utterly moreish new smoky salmon spread, these summery canapés are ready in moments and are guaranteed to please your guests.
1 telegraph cucumber
1 punnet Aoraki Smokehouse smoky salmon spread
1 small handful micro coriander
Cracked pepper
Lemon wedges, to serve (optional)
Slice a telegraph cucumber into 1/2cm thick rounds (you could also use halved Lebanese cucumbers).
Spread each round with a generous smear of Aoraki Smoky Salmon Spread.
Top with cracked pepper and micro coriander.
