Bacon Crumble

Make your soup extra special with bacon crumble sprinkled on top.

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Method

Fry bacon in olive oil till crisp.

Add minced garlic, several crushed Bonnie Oatcakes and sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Sauté for a few minutes then stir in maple syrup.

Cool then break up with spoon and sprinkle on soups.

Ingredients

4 rashers Freedom Farms streaky bacon

1 tablespoon of olive oil 

1 clove garlic, minced

1 packet of Bonnie Oatcakes

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons maple syrup
