Remember when you used to go to fancy restaurants with your parents and there would be baked Camembert on the menu? Here’s a way to bring it into the 21st century – decadent and oozy and topped with sticky, pomegranate-baked nuts.
2 Tbsp Walnut pieces
2 Tbsp Shelled pistachios
2 Tbsp Pomegranate molasses
1 Camembert cheese
Preheat oven to 150°C and line a baking tray with baking paper
Place nuts in a small bowl and drizzle over half the pomegranate molasses. Stir to coat
Place Camembert on baking tray and spoon the nut mix over the top. Bake for 5-10 minutes
Carefully transfer Camembert onto your cheese platter and spoon the nuts on top
Drizzle over remaining pomegranate molasses and serve
