Leftover Slow-Braised Korean-Style Beef Short Ribs
All-Purpose Flour
1 egg
Dried Breadcrumbs
Oil for deep-frying
Shred leftover meat, mash vegetables, and put in a bowl. Shape into croquettes, then dip into flour, a beaten egg and then dried breadcrumbs. Deep fry turning until golden (or shallow fry and bake in a hot oven for 10 mins to heat through)
