These quick and easy Shishito Peppers are a blistered bite-sized and bright addition to your tapas spread.
10-12 shishito peppers
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp flaky sea salt
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil until just starting to smoke. Add the shishito peppers in a single layer and fry for 30 seconds, then shake the pan to flip them over.
Cook until blistered, then transfer to a bowl and season with salt to serve.
