Ingredients

For the ganache:

300ml cream

200g good-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped

200g good-quality milk chocolate, finely chopped

2 Tbsp liqueur of choice (Cointreau, Baileys, brandy)

To Dip:

Sliced fruits such as apples, pears, mandarins, grapes, kiwifruit, banana (or whatever is in season!)

Mini toasts, hazelnuts, biscotti, sliced dried figs

Method

Heat cream in a saucepan over low-medium heat. When the cream feels hot to the touch, reduce heat to low, and add chocolate. Whisk the chocolate into the cream until melted and smooth, then stir through liqueur of your choice

Pour into your serving bowl or fondue pot and arrange your sliced fruit and other dipping items around it. Get dippy with it!
