This recipe creates a rich and creamy smoothie bowl to help fight off winter bugs and make you feel energised for the day ahead. Filled with anti-inflammatory properties such as turmeric as well as protein to help build, repair and maintain the body's structures when part of a healthy, varied diet.
2 Mango Muscle smoothie packs from Bowl & Arrow’s Good Mornings Smoothie Pouches
1/2 cup Milk of your choosing
Topping ideas:
Blue Frog Honey Granola
Fix & Fogg Almond Butter
Raglan Coconut Yoghurt
Fresh Orange slices
Defrost 2 x ‘Mango Muscle’ smoothie pack for 10 seconds in the microwave or leave out for 5 minutes to defrost
Add ½ C of milk of your choice (we love All Good oat milk) to a blender. You can use any blender here such as a Nutribullet or a domestic blender
Blend for 20 seconds before stopping to check on the consistency. You want to stop each time to check there are no lumps and give a good mix. Do not over blend otherwise it will go runny
Pour the mix into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. We would recommend BlueFrog’s honey oat granola, Fix and Foggs almond butter, Raglan coconut yogurt and fresh slices of orange
