25g butter
1 Tbsp freshly ground black peppercorns
1 jar El Navarrico butter beans
¼ cup water
25g parmesan, freshly grated
In a wide pan, melt the butter and gently fry the pepper until fragrant. Add the beans and the bean liquid, along with the water, and heat through over a low heat. Add the parmesan and stir well, adding extra salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
