A lovely chicken dish
Ingredients
1kgBone-Inn Chicken Thigh
2 Garlic
75g Prunes
1 caper olive mix contains olives and capers
1 Herb Mix contains oregano and bay leaf
23ml Red Wine Vinegar
25g Brown Sugar
2tbs Olive Oil
125ml Dry White Wine
Salt and Pepper to taste
For the mash:
450g Agria Potatoes
5g Parsley chopped
50g Butter
100ml hot milk
