Classic Hot Chocolate
Just two natural ingredients go into this delicious drinking chocolate: Fairtrade single-source cocoa and golden cane sugar.
Place the drinking chocolate mix in a saucepan and add a touch of hot water, stir to make a paste. From there slowly add your milk, stirring often, over medium heat. Alternatively, you can heat the mixture using a steam wand on a coffee machine.
Sprinkle with extra drinking chocolate and top with a marshmallow. As an extra touch, use a kitchen blowtorch or gas hob to lightly toast the marshmallows before serving.
