This vibrant twist on the classic Cosmopolitan combines crisp sparkling wine with tart cranberry juice and a hint of lime. Simply omit the vodka and swap the wine for soda water to make it non alcoholic.

15ml vodka
15ml lime
30ml cranberry juice
Sparkling wine, to serve
Orange Peel, to garnish
Lime wheel, to garnish
Method
Add the vodka, lime, and cranberry juice to an ice filled wine glass.
Top with sparkling wine, then garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of orange peel.
