CRANBERRY & ORANGE RELISH

A spoonful of this tart and zesty relish is so tasty alongside turkey and ham. You can make it up to one week ahead.

Ingredients

2 cups dried cranberries

½ cup sugar

2 oranges, grated zest and juice

2 tablespoons Grand Marnier, port or brandy (optional)

Method

Put the cranberries, sugar, orange zest and juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins

Remove from the heat, add the Grand Marnier and stir through

Transfer half the mix to a food processor and grind coarsely. Mix
