50ml / 1 3/4 fl oz Citrus-driven or navy-strength gin
150ml / 5 fl oz East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic
Pink peppercorns
Red grapefruit or orange slice
Method
Combine gin and tonic into an ice-packed rocks glass and serve with a large slice of grapefruit and a few pink peppercorns.
