Ingredients

50ml Seedlip Garden 108

20ml Lemon Juice

25ml Six Barrel Feijoa Syrup (Available from Farro for a limited time only)

25ml Egg Whites

  • If vegan – switch out egg whites for aquafaba.

Ice cubes

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker

Dry shake. (Shake without ice)

Open shaker, you should see a foamy head

Now add a good amount of ice

Shake once more vigorously

Strain into a coupe glass

Garnish withrose petals or buds
