Feta and rose harissa sauce

Ingredients

100g Zany Zeus creamy feta

1/2 cup thick Greek yoghurt

2 tablespoons Alexandra’s rose harissa

2 tablespoons tahini

Method

Blend all the ingredients together along with enough water (approx 2-4 tablespoons) to make a drizzling consistency.

Any leftover sauce is delicious spread on crackers, or as a dip for raw vegetables
