1 packet of Fettuccini
40g Butter
6 large Sage leaves, coarsely shredded
Shaved Parmesan to serve
Cook the pasta in well-salted water boiling water according to the cooking time on the package oruntil al dente
Meanwhile, put the butter in a pan over medium heat until the butter begins to turn golden
Take the pan off the heat and toss in the sage leaves
Drain the pasta well and pour into a serving bowl. Stir through the sage butter, season to taste andserve topped with shaved parmesan
