Fettuccini with sage butter

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in well-salted water boiling water according to the cooking time on the package or
until al dente.
Meanwhile, put the butter in a pan over medium heat until the butter begins to turn golden.
Take the pan off the heat and toss in the sage leaves.
Drain the pasta well and pour into a serving bowl. Stir through the sage butter, season to taste and
serve topped with shaved parmesan.
1 packet of Fettuccini
6 large Sage leaves, coarsely shredded
Shaved Parmesan to serve
