A delicious mood-booster and way to ward off winter ills, this spiced latte sees warming spices added to a dose of Hakanoa Gingerful Ginger Syrup.
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, whisking often. Alternatively, you can heat the mixture using a steam wand on a coffee machine. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon and crystallised ginger if using.
2 cups milk of your choice
2 tablespoons Hakanoa Gingerful ginger syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon finely chopped
crystallised ginger to serve (optional)
