HOT CHOCOLATE WITH TOASTED COCONUT MARSHMALLOWS

Method

Combine milk and cream in a heavy-based saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.

Add chocolate and stir continuously until melted and smooth. Divide among cups and serve with marshmallows.

Ingredients

300 millilitres Milk

1/2 tin Kara coconut cream

200 grams Chocolate Brown 72% callets chopped

Pinch of salt

1 packet Kapiti Candy Co toasted marshmallows
