Nothing says Easter like a warm, toasted hot cross bun and the addition of a thin layer of your favourite nut butter and a scoop of ice cream sandwiched between two halves of a hot cross bun is pure indulgence!
1 pack of Farro Traditional or Chocolate Hot cross bun
1 jar of your favourite nut butter
1 tub of ice-cream
Split the hot cross buns and and lightly toast both sides
While warm, spread both cut sides with your choice of nut butter
Sandwich the buns together with a scoop of your choice of ice-cream and serve immediately
