Hot Cross Bun Ice Cream Sandwiches
Nothing says Easter like a warm, toasted hot cross bun and the addition of a thin layer of your favourite nut butter and a scoop of ice cream sandwiched between two halves of a hot cross bun is pure indulgence!
Split the hot cross buns and and lightly toast both sides.
While warm, spread both cut sides with your choice of nut butter.
Sandwich the buns together with a scoop of your choice of ice-cream and serve immediately.

1 jar of your favourite nut butter
1 tub of ice-cream
