60ml Bourbon
Chai tea bag
1 tsp Apricot jam (1 tsp)
Angostura bitters
Orange peel
In a jar or mixing glass add bourbon and the chai tea bag, leave for 15 minutes or until the flavour has infused.
To a rocks glass, add apricot jam and bitters to a glass. muddle gently to combine and thin out the jam
Add plenty of ice, and top with bourbon. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, then slice into two thin strips and place in a cross over the top of the glass.
