

Jazzy Apple Punch
Tangy swirls of fruity flavour for the perfect holiday spirit.

Method
Pour the pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze the day before needed. Mix the pineapple ice cubes with all remaining ingredients in a large jug or punch bowl and serve immediately.
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice
1L The Apple Press Jazz apple juice
1 bottle prosecco
1 cup vodka or Bacardi (optional)
1L Antipodes sparkling water
2 apples, green and red, sliced
½ pineapple, core removed and sliced
½ cup fresh mint leaves
Lots of ice (you can freeze fruit pieces or edible flowers in the ice cubes too)
