Jazzy Apple Punch

With tangy swirls of fruity flavour, this drink will get you into the summer spirit. It's also great for using up and leftover fruit, mixers, prosecco and spirits, just use what you have on hand and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 cup pineapple juice

1L The Apple Press Jazz apple juice

1 bottle prosecco

1 cup vodka or Bacardi (optional)

1L Antipodes sparkling water

2 apples, green and red, sliced

½ pineapple, core removed and sliced

½ cup fresh mint leaves

Lots of ice (you can freeze fruit pieces or edible flowers in the ice cubes too)

Method

Pour the pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze the day before needed.

Add all remaining ingredients in a large jug or punch bowl and top with the pineapple ice cubes.

Serve immediately

Tip: Add the regular ice cubes to each glass instead of the jug to avoid watering it down!
