Getting your healthy on got a whole lot easier. Try this nutrient packed green tea smoothie with fresh cut fruit and vegetables to start your day
1 Avocado peeled and coarsely chopped
1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped
1 Banana, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 Kiwifruit peeled and chopped
200mL Organic coconut water
1.5 cups kale or spinach leaves
1 cup mint leaves
1 tablespoon Culinary grade Matcha (green tea) powder, plus extra to serve
1.5 cups Ice Cubes
2 limes, 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges for serving
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses, dust with extra matcha powder and serve with lime wedges
