Ingredients
30ml Lyre’s Highland Malt
30ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz
15ml Lemon juice
7.5ml Premium Raspberry Syrup
90ml Blood Orange Soda
Method
Fill a large wine glass with ice
Add all of the ingredients, stir, and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
