Mango Lassi

A lassi is a great drink to accompany super-spicy foods, as the yoghurt really cools the tongue or just simply as a lovely cooling summer drink. Only use really ripe mangos, but don’t be afraid to add passionfruit, seasonal stone fruit or summer berries .

Ingredients

3 ripe mangos, peeled and roughly chopped

200 ml Raglan coconut yoghurt

150 ml water

6 ice cubes

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and process for at least 1 min, or until well combined. Serve immediately
