

Maple syrup glaze
Maple syrup makes a glorious glaze for ham, giving it a wonderful sheen. Apple cider vinegar cuts the sweetness while wholegrain mustard gives texture and tang.

Method
Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 min until thickened slightly. Set aside until ready to use.
