MIDDLE EASTERN SPICE MIX

This spice mix for our Lamb Roast is such a tasty blend, great on red meat and veg. It also makes a great gift for the foodies in your life!

Makes approx. 1/2 cup

Ingredients

2 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp onion powder

1 Tbsp ground coriander

1 Tbsp ground cumin

1 Tbsp sweet paprika

1 Tbsp sea salt

2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp ground black pepper

2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ground nutmeg

¼ tsp ground allspice

¼ tsp ground cardamom

¼ tsp ground cloves

Combine all the ingredients and put into an airtight jar - ideally with a silica sachet to prevent clumping. This makes a great festive gift!
