Speedy bacon butties with a difference! Our new bacon slab is perfect for slicing to your desired level of thickness. We sliced it thick because we think it’s the perfect combo with this chunky tomato onion relish.
1 packet Loaf brioche sliders
1 packet Farro bacon slab
Nana Dunn & Co tomato onion relish
Oil, for frying
Butter (optional)
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Put the sliders into the oven to warm through, approx. 6-8 minutes, then cut in half horizontally.
Meanwhile, cut the bacon slab lengthwise into 5-7mm thick slices, then cut each piece in two until you have ten pieces total. Add a drizzle of oil to a frying pan and add the bacon and cook until golden, 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Butter the rolls if you wish and place a spoonful of relish in the base. Top with a piece of bacon and enjoy warm.
