Minute Michelada
Similar to a Bloody Mary, a Michelada is a spicy Mexican cocktail with made with tomato juice and beer. Here we let the Wild Fermentary Bloody Mary mixer do all the work - it’s spicy, funky and fragrant, and downright delicious when topped with an ice-cold cerveza.

Ingredients
Lime wedge to garnish
Lucky Taco Chilli Salt
Approx. 150ml Wild Fermentary Bloody Mary Mixer
1 bottle Corona
Method
Rub a cut lime around the edge of your glass and dip it into a dish of the chilli salt. Fill a glass halfway with ice, then fill halfway with the Bloody Mary mixer. Top with Corona and garnish with lime wheel.
