MOZZARELLA, OLIVE AND SEMI-DRIED TOMATO SALAD

This fresh salad combines all things good about Italian food - perfect to go on your antipasto platter or as a side salad!

Ingredients

2x 1L Casaro Plain Mozzarella Knots, drained, torn into chunks

60g Le Nostrane Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained

60g Iliada Pitted Green Olives, drained

60g Buono Sundried Tomatoes, drained

5g Fresh Basil, leaves picked, roughly torn

1-2 tablespoons olive oil to drizzle over

Method

In a serving bowl, add all the ingredients in layers, seasoning to taste as you go. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil
