These tropical yoghurt and granola pots, with raspberry, coconut and passionfruit, make a summery, but not too heavy, start to the day.

Method

Layer yoghurt, passionfruit syrup, granola and berries between 6 glasses.

Finish with a dollop of yoghurt, topped with a drizzle of passionfruit syrup, mint leaves and toasted coconut chips.

Ingredients

500g tub The Collective Chefs for Good Coconut Passion Yoghurt with Hibiscus

1/2 Cup passionfruit syrup

1 Pack Pure Delish Raspberry Granola

2 Punnets raspberries or 2 cups frozen raspberries, defrosted

Mint leaves and toasted coconut chips, to serve
