POTATOES WITH WAIHEKE HERB DRESSING

Ingredients

1kg small new potatoes, halved

200g jar of Waiheke Herb Spread

Method

Add the potatoes to a large saucepan and cover with water

Bring to a boil over a high heat and cook for 12-15 mins or until cooked through, but not falling apart

Drain well in a colander

Add drained potatoes to a medium-sized mixing bowl along with the herb spread, gently mix to coat

Season to taste and serve on a platter or serving bowl
