Ras el Hanout Baked Olives with Feta and Grapes
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a small roasting dish combine the olives, buffalo feta, grapes, olive oil and Ras el Hanout and toss gently to combine.
Bake for 15 mins until the buffalo feta caramelises and olives are fragrant.
Toss through coriander and serve warm with your favourite bread.
*Cow or goat’s feta will also work well.
100g pitted or unpitted green Sicilian olives
100g pitted or unpitted Mediterranean green olives
100g seedless red grapes
150g buffalo feta, cut into large chunks
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Alexandra’s Ras el Hanout
2 tsp coriander, roughly chopped
