Farro Artichoke Tapenade

Aoraki Smoked Salmon

Crème Fraîche

Chopped Chives

Method

To create these moreish crostini, we topped baked slices of Wild Wheat baguette with Farro’s Artichoke Tapenade, slices of rich Aoraki Smoked Salmon, a dollop of crème fraîche and a sprinkling of chopped chives.
