Salmon and Lemon Bruschetta

Simply toast and top with fresh ingredients for a perfect appetizer.

Serves: 6-8

Method

Slice sourdough into how many slices you need, then toast.

Layer one side with dill flavoured curd, chunks of salmon, little slices of preserved lemon, micro greens, salt and pepper to taste, and a drizzle of olive oil.

The Drunken Nanny Lush Curd, Dill flavour

Aoraki Smokehouse Hot Smoked Salmon

Preserved Lemons

Micro Greens

Olive oil

Salt and pepper, to season
