The classic salmon bagel gets a dill-licious upgrade here with the addition of flavourful goat's cheese. Top it off with capers, cucumber and onion for an unbeatable breakfast.

Method

Spread Drunken Nanny Dill Lush Curd on a toasted bagel. Top with slices of Aoraki Smokehouse Cold Smoked Salmon, red onion, cucumber and capers. Drizzle over extra virgin olive oil, then top with preserved lemon slices, dill, and season with salt and pepper.

1 packet of Bagel Love bagels

1 packet Aoraki Smokehouse Cold Smoked Salmon

1 red onion, finely sliced

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preserved Lemon

Fresh dill
