Your choice of spreadable cheese

1 packet of Bagel Love bagels

1 packet Aoraki Smokehouse Cold Smoked Salmon

1 red onion, finely sliced

Cucumber, finely shaved

Capers

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preserved Lemon

Fresh dill

Salt and pepper

Method

Spread your choice of spreadable cheese on a toasted bagel.

Top with slices of Aoraki Smokehouse Cold Smoked Salmon, red onion, cucumber and capers.

Drizzle over extra virgin olive oil, then top with preserved lemon slices, dill, and season with salt and pepper
