Method
Heat a heavy pan on high heat and grill 2 lemon halves until they begin to caramelise.
Take 1 fillet Ahia Smoked Salmon.
Top with dill, thinly sliced lemon, capers, and drizzle with chilli oil. Squeeze over juice from grilled lemon and season to taste.
