Smoked Salmon

2 lemon halves

Dill

Lemon

Capers

Chilli Oil

Method

Heat a heavy pan on high heat and grill 2 lemon halves until they begin to caramelise

Take 1 fillet Ahia Smoked Salmon

Top with dill, thinly sliced lemon, capers, and drizzle with chilli oil. Squeeze over juice from grilled lemon and season to taste
