Savoury Pancake Grazing Platter

One of the best things about grazing platters is that you can use ingredients you already have in the fridge and pantry, shop seasonal produce and assemble it how you please. We've shared the list of products we've used below - all of which, can be found at your local Farro.

Method

Assemble ingredients on a board or plate and nibble away!

Tips on how to assemble the platter:

  • Place the cheese/s down first at opposite ends as they are the main stars!
  • Position any bowls for dips, fruits or olives in oil, then fill once happy with their location
  • Next place any larger items like bunches of grapes or slices of bread
  • Then your medium sized items, like crackers, smaller vegetables or fruits
  • Finally fill in any gaps with nuts and drizzle cheese with honey
