Second Nature Green Smoothie Bowl 

This bowl will give you so much energy for the day. Packed with all the good stuff to leave you feeling full and satisfied (plus it’s just delicious.) The vanilla protein adds that perfect flavour and sweetness and the crunchy granola tops it off perfectly.

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen mango

2 Tbsp French Vanilla Second Nature Protein Powder

1 cup spinach 

1/2 tsp spirulina

1 Tbsp ground flax seeds

1/4-1/2 cup plant based milk

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on low, using the tamper to mix the smoothie. Slowly turn up the speed still using the tamper to blend. 

Tip into a bowl and top with granola, fresh berries, peanut butter and hemp seeds
