Seedlip Hibis Kiss

An aromatic, earthy blend of copper-pot distillates including allspice, cardamom, lemon and grapefruit. This non alcoholic distilled spirit contains no sugar or sweeteners, and works deliciously well with straight-up tonic and a twist of grapefruit.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Tio Pablo dried hibiscus flowers

100ml water

120ml Seedlip Spice 94

300ml apple kombucha

2 cinnamon sticks

1 teaspoon honey

Apple slices to garnish

Method

Place flowers in a bowl, pour over boiling water and steep for several minutes, then strain. Gently heat Seedlip, kombucha, cinnamon and honey in a saucepan. Add flower water, remove from heat, garnish with apple slices, and serve
