Simply Delicious Gravy
We’ll let you in on our secret ingredient for perfect gravy every time – Foundations Foods jus. All the hard work has been done already to create a rich flavoursome gravy.
To make the gravy, pour juices from the roasting pan into a jug and set aside. Put the pan on the stove and gently heat; sprinkle with flour and scrape up all the bits with a large spoon. Cook until the flour is golden. Pour the cooking juices back in slowly, stirring them in. Whisk in the chicken jus and bring to a boil. Simmer gently for 10 minutes or until lightly thickened. Serve warm with the rested, carved turkey and stuffing.
